At Nature Planting Store, we are dedicated to bringing the beauty and benefits of perennial plants to gardeners across the globe. We carefully package our plants to ensure they arrive at your doorstep healthy and ready to thrive.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat rate fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. While we stand by the quality of our plants, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair and sustainable, respecting both our customers and our products.

Return Window: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of live plants and our commitment to sustainability, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any live plants that have been:
  • Planted.
  • Damaged due to improper care.
  • Have had their original packaging discarded.
This includes all our perennial plant varieties: Hummingbird Perennial Plants, Pollinator Perennial Plants, Rain Garden Perennial Plants, Shade-Loving Perennials, and Sun Plants and Flowers that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your authorized return to:

    Please write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For payments made via Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: For exchanges of the same value, follow the standard return process. If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, our customer care team will provide instructions for paying the difference after we receive your return.
