While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as nurturing to our customers as our plants are to pollinators.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants and our commitment to sustainable practices, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any live plants that have been planted, damaged due to improper care, or whose packaging has been discarded. This includes all our perennial plants: Pollinator-Friendly, Rain Garden, Shade-Loving, and Sun-Loving varieties.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return or exchange by emailing our customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, including all protective materials for live plants.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your authorized return to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For payments made via Visa, MasterCard, or JCB, refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

For exchanges of the same value, follow the standard return process. If you’re exchanging for a higher-value product, our customer care team will provide instructions for paying the difference after we receive your return.
