Hosta ‘Francee’ Plantain Lily

Hosta ‘Francee’ has thick, dark green leaves with narrow, white margins that persist all season. ‘Francee’ is a consistent performer, making it a premier landscaping hosta. It produces lavender flowers on 28″ stems in August.

Hosta ‘Francee’ prefers partial to full shade and moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Also known as Plantain Lily, Hosta will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided consistent moisture. They will tolerate clay soil and can be grown under black walnut trees.
